VPS Lakeshore Hospital, Kochi, has completed 5 successful Kidney Transplantation in Covid-19 survivors. Considering the safety of patients, it was crucial for the doctors to take up the challenge to undertake the Kidney Transplantation for patients who just recovered from Covid-19. Confirming the RT PCR result negative thrice of each recovered patient, in addition to the appropriate tests applicable, the team verified them fit for the Kidney Transplantation.
